For new customers who haven’t swam with us in the last 12 months, we have a three lesson refund policy, after your third lesson if you feel our lessons aren’t the right fit we will refund all remaining lessons. Customers who have attended 4 lessons or more become an existing customer and no refunds will be offered. We cannot offer a refund for lessons that have not taken place whether you have attended them or not. See our terms and conditions for further information.

Do not worry! We offer the option to make up lessons, you have 90 days from the date of your missed class to book in an alternative online via our customer portal. Please note make ups cannot be extended and have no cash value.

An adult is required to get into the water to offer one-to-one support for the child, alongside the teacher;

SEN 3-16 years

• Twinkle Stars - 0-7 months
• Shooting Stars 8-16 months
• Shining Stars 17-30 months
• Stars 2.5 - 4 years
• Super Stars 2.5 - 4 years

The following lessons do not need an adult in the water;
